Regular Season Round 13: Enisey-2 - Khimki-2 69-109
Date: December 4, 2018
Very predictable result when second ranked Khimki-2 (13-3) rolled over 10th ranked Enisey-2 (3-13) in Krasnoyarsk 109-69 on Tuesday. The game without a history. Khimki-2 led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 80 of its points in the paint compared to Enisey-2's 44. Khimki-2 forced 27 Enisey-2 turnovers and outrebounded them 53-22 including a 25-5 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists comparing to just 15 passes made by Enisey-2's players. Worth to mention a great performance of center Dmitrii Karbusov (205-99) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 14 points and 11 rebounds. Forward Kirill Belogortcev (199-99) contributed with 13 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Five Khimki-2 players scored in double figures. Forward Danil Pazdnikov (198-98) answered with 15 points and guard Danil Dergachev (185-98) added 16 points in the effort for Enisey-2. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Khimki-2 keeps a position of league leader. Enisey-2 at the other side keeps the tenth place with 13 games lost. They share the position with Parma-2. Khimki-2 will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Enisey-2 will play on the road against Unics-2 (#5) in Kazan and is hoping to prove to their supporters that the loss was just an accident.
