The game between 10th ranked Enisey-2 (3-13) and second ranked Khimki-2 (13-3) in Krasnoyarsk on Wednesday ended with biggest points difference. Guests from Khimki outscored Enisey-2 115-59. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Enisey-2. Khimki-2 dominated down low during the game scoring 72 of its points in the paint compared to Enisey-2's 30. Khimki-2 forced 32 Enisey-2 turnovers and outrebounded them 45-23 including a 20-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 35 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Enisey-2's players. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Sergey Krivykh (182-98) who helped to win the game recording 21 points, 6 assists and 5 steals. Forward Kirill Belogortcev (199-99) contributed with 14 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Four Khimki-2 players scored in double figures. Swingman Pavel Metelev (190-0) answered with 15 points and guard Egor Bezrukov (185-0) added 5 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists in the effort for Enisey-2. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Khimki-2 keeps a position of league leader. Enisey-2 at the other side keeps the tenth place with 13 games lost. They share the position with Parma-2. Khimki-2 will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Enisey-2 will play on the road against Unics-2 (#5) in Kazan and is hoping to prove to their supporters that the loss was just an accident.
