Very expected game in Revda where 16th ranked Zenit-Farm (1-13) was rolled over by third ranked Temp (11-3) 96-75. Temp dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Zenit-Farm's 34. They outrebounded Zenit-Farm 42-26 including a 30-16 advantage in defensive rebounds. Temp players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. 26 personal fouls committed by Zenit-Farm helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The winners were led by Aleksandr Gankevich (201-95) who scored that evening 18 points and 6 rebounds (perfect from the field making all eight shots !!!) and forward Evgeny Voytyuk (201-91, agency: Stanislav Ryzhov) supported him with 12 points and 7 rebounds. Four Temp players scored in double figures. Even 21 points by swingman Ruslan Tumanov (195-91, agency: Stanislav Ryzhov) did not help to save the game for Zenit-Farm. Andrey Savrasov (194-0) added 12 points and 5 rebounds for lost side. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Temp keeps a position of league leader, which they share with Samara and Vostok-65. Zenit-Farm lost third consecutive game. They stay at the bottom place with 13 games lost. Temp's next round opponent will be Uralmash (#8) in Ekaterinburg and are hoping to win another game. Zenit-Farm's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Sankt Petersburg Spartak St.Petersburg.
