Regular Season Round 10: Atomeromu - Alba 88-74

Everything could happen in Szekesfehervar at the game between two tied teams. Both eleventh ranked Atomeromu and 10th ranked Alba had identical 4-5 record. But Alba was not able to use a home court advantage and lost to the opponent from Paks 88-74 on Saturday night. Serbian Nikola Jevtovic (208-89) fired 28 points and 8 rebounds (perfect from the field making all fourteen shots !!!) for the winners. American guard Nick Faust (198-93, college: Long Beach St., agency: Octagon Europe) chipped in 19 points and 5 rebounds. American guard Kyron Cartwright (180-96, college: Providence) produced 14 points and 8 assists and his fellow American import power forward Jordan Heath (208-91, college: Canisius, agency: Inception Sports) added 10 points and 11 rebounds respectively for lost side. Atomeromu (5-5) moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Sopron KC and DEAC. Alba lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the eleventh position with six games lost. Atomeromu will face league's second-placed PVSK-Veolia in Pecs in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Alba will play on the road against ZTE KK (#6) in Zalaegerszeg and hope to win that game.
