Regular Season Round 11: UNI Gyor - NKE-Csata 92-60

The game in Gyor supposed to be also quite interesting. 6th ranked NKE-Csata (5-4) played at the court of seventh ranked UNI Gyor (5-5). UNI Gyor smashed NKE-Csata 92-60 on Sunday. They outrebounded NKE-Csata 42-22 including a 14-3 advantage in offensive rebounds. UNI Gyor looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. It was a great evening for American guard Lexie Brown (175-94, college: Duke, agency: Interperformances) who led her team to a victory scoring 19 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists. The former international guard Krisztina Raksanyi (180-91) helped adding 16 points and 6 assists. Four UNI Gyor players scored in double figures. American center Kelsey Lang (197-95, college: Texas) responded with 19 points and 7 rebounds and international Reka Lelik (178-99) scored 16 points and 4 assists. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. The victory was the third consecutive win for UNI Gyor. They maintain seventh place with 5-5 record. Newly promoted NKE-Csata keeps the sixth position with four games lost. UNI Gyor will meet at home PINKK-Pecsi (#8) in the next round. NKE-Csata will play against PEAC-Pecs and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
