Regular Season Round 16: Falco-Vulcano - Kaposvari 84-90

We should mention about the upset which took place in Szombathely, where higher ranked Falco-Vulcano (10-6) lost at home to thirteenth ranked Kaposvari (5-11) 84-90 on Saturday. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Falco-Vulcano. Worth to mention a great performance of naturalized Serbian center Marko Spica (205-86, college: Cent.Michigan) who helped to win the game recording 16 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) and American-Puerto Rican point guard Emanuel Ubilla (188-86, college: Fair Dickinson, agency: Court Side) who added 12 points and 11 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side American forward Evan Bruinsma (202-92, college: Detroit Mercy, agency: Inception Sports) responded with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds and Serbian forward Stefan Balmazovic (199-89) scored 15 points and 7 rebounds. Five Kaposvari and four Falco-Vulcano players scored in double figures. Kaposvari moved-up to twelfth place, which they share with Szedeak. Loser Falco-Vulcano keeps the fourth position with six games lost. Kaposvari will meet league's leader Szolnok on the road in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Falco-Vulcano will play against Atomeromu and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
