The game with biggest result difference took place in Perm. Local Parma-2 (4-20) was outscored by fifth ranked Samara-2 (16-10) 95-53. The game was mostly controlled by Samara-2. Parma-2 was better in third quarter 17-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Samara-2 dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Parma-2's 30. Samara-2 forced 25 Parma-2 turnovers and outrebounded them 52-29 including a 22-5 advantage in offensive rebounds. Forward Danila Chikarev (196-1) nailed a double-double by scoring 17 points and 10 rebounds for the winning side and forward Oleg Cherepanov (199-99) accounted for 12 points and 11 rebounds. Five Samara-2 players scored in double figures. Forward Sergey Tkachenko (201-99) came up with 18 points and 4 assists and guard Vadim Bondarenko (190-0) added 13 points respectively for Parma-2 in the defeat. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Samara-2 have an impressive series of six victories in a row. They moved-up to fourth place. Parma-2 at the other side keeps the tenth position with 20 games lost. Samara-2's next round opponent will be league's leader Khimki-2 on the road and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Parma-2 will play against Avtodor-2 (#6) and hope to win that game.
