Anadolu Efes knocked down FC Barcelona in the decisive fifth game of the series to seal their Final Four berth. The hosts trailed by 5 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 5-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 80-71. Strangely FC Barcelona outrebounded Anadolu Efes 35-21 including 20 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. American point guard Shane Larkin (180-92, college: Miami, FL) orchestrated the victory by scoring 18 points and 7 assists. French Adrien Moerman (202-88) contributed with 18 points for the winners. Four Anadolu Efes players scored in double figures. American Chris Singleton (206-89, college: FSU) answered with 12 points and 8 rebounds and French point guard Thomas Heurtel (189-89, agency: BeoBasket) added 12 points and 4 assists in the effort for FC Barcelona. FC Barcelona's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
