Keravnos smashed APOP in Strovolos 94-52. The game without a history. Keravnos led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding APOP to just 7 points in third and fourth quarters. Keravnos forced 19 APOP turnovers. They shot the lights out from three sinking 15 long-distance shots on high 57.7 percentage. Keravnos looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by APOP's players. The game was dominated by American players. The best player for the winners was point guard Ahmaad Rorie (188-95, college: Montana) who scored 21 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. Keaton Grant (193-86, college: Purdue) chipped in 16 points and 4 assists. Four Keravnos players scored in double figures. Point guard Kaelen Malone (185-95, college: ORU) produced 16 points and 5 rebounds and forward Anthony Stover (208-90, college: UCLA) added 11 points and 9 rebounds respectively for the guests. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. APOP will play next round against Apoel trying to get back on the winning streak. Keravnos will try to continue on its current victory against Etha in Nicosia.
