Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both eleventh ranked Oroszlany and 12th ranked Sopron KC had identical 1-4 record. But Sopron KC was not able to use a home court advantage and was rolled over by the opponent from Oraszlany 82-61 on Saturday night. Bosnian forward Ramo Rizvic (203-87) notched 19 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the effort and Serbian power forward Milivoje Bozovic (210-85) supported him with 16 points and 13 rebounds. Four Oroszlany players scored in double figures. Even 21 points and 7 rebounds (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line) by American guard Bernard Thompson (191-93, college: FGCU) did not help to save the game for Sopron KC. Guard Zoltan Supola (190-88, agency: HMS) added 13 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Oroszlany (2-4) moved-up to tenth place. Sopron KC lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the twelfth position with five games lost. They share it with Szedeak. Oroszlany will meet at home higher ranked Szolnok (#5) in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Sopron KC will play against the league's leader Falco-Vulcano (#1) where they are definitely not considered as a favorite in this game either.
