The game between closely ranked teams ended with 6th ranked Enisey Krasnoyarsk's (3-6) road loss to fifth ranked Spartak Vidnoye (5-4) 70-74. American guard Paris Kea (175, college: UNC, agency: LBM Management) notched 31 points and 4 steals (made all of her ten free throws !!!) to lead the effort and the other American import forward Morgan Bertsch (193, college: UC Davis, agency: LBM Management) supported her with 20 points and 5 rebounds. Even a double-double of 12 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists by Belgian center Kyara Linskens (193-96, agency: LBM Management) did not help to save the game for Enisey Krasnoyarsk. Aleksandra Shtanko added 18 points and 7 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) for lost side. Four Enisey Krasnoyarsk players scored in double figures. Enisey Krasnoyarsk's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Spartak Vidnoye maintains fifth position with 5-4 record. Enisey Krasnoyarsk at the other side keeps the sixth place with six games lost. Spartak Vidnoye will play against higher ranked MBA (#4) in Moscow in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Enisey Krasnoyarsk will play at home against Nadezhda Orenburg and hopes to get back on the winning track.
