The most exciting game of round 10 in the OPAP Basket League took place in Paralimni. This derby game ended with only one-point home defeat of one of their biggest challengers E.N. Paralimni (4-5) to third ranked Apollon (6-3) 76-75 in the game for the third place. The guests trailed by 2 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 4-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 76-75. Apollon forced 20 E.N. Paralimni turnovers.
