No shocking result in a game when tenth ranked Lokomotiv-2 (8-12) crushed bottom-ranked Enisey-2 (3-19) in Krasnodar 82-60. It was a very close game until the last quarter, when Lokomotiv-2's pressure prevailed and they won that period 26-9 extending their advantage to 22 points. Lokomotiv-2 outrebounded Enisey-2 52-27 including a 37-21 advantage in defensive rebounds. 24 personal fouls committed by Enisey-2 helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was Andrey Martyuk who had a double-double by scoring 13 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists. Forward Yegor Sychkov (206-1) chipped in 9 points and 14 rebounds. Four Lokomotiv-2 players scored in double figures. Lokomotiv-2's coach Evgeni Safonov felt very confident that he used 11 players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Forward Pavel Metelev (192-0) produced 16 points and 8 rebounds and forward Dmitriy Sonko (196-1) added 12 points respectively for the guests. The victory was the third consecutive win for Lokomotiv-2. They moved-up to ninth place. Enisey-2 at the other side stay dead last with 19 lost games. Lokomotiv-2's next round opponent will be higher ranked Zenit-2 (#8) in Sankt Petersburg and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
