Regular Season Round 13: Szolnok - KTE-Duna 94-69

Date: December 29, 2019
Not a big story in a game when 7th ranked KTE-Duna (6-6) was outplayed on the road by third ranked Szolnok (9-4) 94-69. Szolnok players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. It was a very good performance for American-Slovakian guard Andre Jones (195-90, college: Winthrop, agency: HMS) who helped to win the game recording 30 points. American point guard Dee Davis (178-93, college: Xavier, agency: Inception Sports) contributed with 19 points and 5 assists for the winners. Four Szolnok players scored in double figures. The former international center Kemal Karahodzic (210-89) answered with 12 points and 9 rebounds and Serbian swingman Marko Djerasimovic (198-84, agency: BeoExcell) added 19 points in the effort for KTE-Duna. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Szolnok have a solid series of four victories in a row. They maintain third place with 9-4 record having just three points less than leader Falco-Vulcano, which they share with Atomeromu. KTE-Duna lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the seventh position with six games lost. They share it with ZTE KK and PVSK-Veolia. Szolnok will play against Alba (#5) in Szekesfehervar in the next round. KTE-Duna will play at home against Atomeromu and hopes to get back on the winning track.
