Regular Season Round 14: MBA - Enisey 75-82

The biggest surprise of round 14 was guest Enisey Krasnoyarsk's (#5) road victory over MBA (#6) 82-75 on Thursday evening. Enisey Krasnoyarsk looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. The best player for the winners was Belgian center Kyara Linskens (193-96, agency: LBM Management) who scored 15 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Austrian guard Sigi Koizar (173-95, college: Maine) chipped in 17 points and 4 assists. Center Nina Glonti (188-97) produced 15 points and 7 rebounds and the former international Ekaterina Fedorenkova (178-93) added 11 points and 4 assists respectively for the hosts. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Enisey Krasnoyarsk have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain fifth position with 6-7 record, which they share with Dynamo NR. MBA lost sixth consecutive game. They dropped to the seventh place with eight games lost. Enisey Krasnoyarsk will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. MBA will play again at home against Enisey Krasnoyarsk (#5) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
