Leader Falco-Vulcano delivered the fifteenth victory on Saturday night. This time they crushed 11th ranked Kaposvari (6-11) 98-78. Falco-Vulcano shot the lights out from three sinking 12 long-distance shots on high 63.2 percentage. Worth to mention a quality performance of the former international forward Marko Filipovity (204-96) who helped to win the game recording 16 points and 5 rebounds and international swingman Zoltan Perl (195-95, agency: BeoBasket) who added 18 points (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) during the contest. Four Falco-Vulcano players scored in double figures. Falco-Vulcano's coach Gasper Okorn used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side American point guard Rashun Davis (182-93, college: Radford) responded with 17 points and 4 assists and his fellow American import guard Julian Norfleet (188-91, college: Mt.St.Mary's) scored 15 points and 4 assists. Falco-Vulcano (15-1) have an impressive five-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position. Loser Kaposvari dropped to the twelfth place with 11 games lost. Falco-Vulcano will meet at home KTE-Duna (#10) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Kaposvari will play against Oroszlany and hope to secure a win.
