Even 20 points and 8 rebounds by American forward Jordon Varnado (198-97, college: Troy) did not help to save the game for Kormend. Canadian guard Justin Edwards (194-92, college: Kansas St.) added 19 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. PVSK-Veolia moved-up to fourth place. Kormend at the other side keeps the second position with four games lost. PVSK-Veolia will play against DEAC (#7) in Debrecen in the next round. Kormend will play on the road against Szedeak (#13) in Szeged and hopes to get back on the winning track.
