Very predictable result in Krasnoyarsk where sixth ranked Unics-2 (18-16) defeated bottom-ranked Enisey-2 (7-27) 92-88. The guests were ahead by 3 points but lost the second period ending it with a 10-point deficit before their 24-10 run, which allowed them to win the game. Unics-2 dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Enisey-2's 36. They outrebounded Enisey-2 47-27 including a 19-8 advantage in offensive rebounds. Guard Kirill Anoshin (194-0) orchestrated the victory by scoring 28 points and 4 steals. Center Semen Pinaev (208-99) contributed with a double-double by scoring 14 points, 16 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Forward Dmitriy Sonko (196-1) answered with 24 points and 6 rebounds and guard Andrey Zhelezko (186-1) added 22 points in the effort for Enisey-2. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Unics-2 moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Lokomotiv-2 and MBA-2. Enisey-2 lost third consecutive game. They stay dead last with 27 lost games. Unics-2 will have a break next round. Enisey-2 will play again at home against Unics-2 (#6) and hope to win that game.
