Regular Season Round 3: Phoenix - ENAD 55-49

The game between closely ranked teams ended with ENAD's (0-2) road loss to Phoenix (2-1) 49-55. It looked good early as ENAD took a 5-point small lead at the end of first quarter. But then Phoenix had a 16-9 second period charge getting the lead and ENAD was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 49-55. Phoenix forced 23 ENAD turnovers. It was a good game for American forward Wendi Bibbins (185-94, college: Indiana St.) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 21 rebounds. Mezra Torlak (172-2) contributed with 14 points for the winners. American guard Madison Torresin (183-96, college: W.Chester) answered with a double-double by scoring 17 points, 16 rebounds and 4 assists and guard Revekka Christodoulou (170-2) added 16 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for ENAD. Phoenix will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. ENAD will play at home against Etha (#3) and looks forward to get finally their first victory.
