There was a small surprise when eighth ranked APOP (2-6) beat 6th ranked Etha (3-5) in Nicosia 82-73. The guests were already 17 points ahead after 3 quarters before a 23-15 Etha's run in the last quarter cut the lead to 82-73 at the end of the game. Americans were the main players on the court. Forward Tristin Walley (201-96, college: Arkansas St., agency: One Motive Sports) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 17 points, 13 rebounds and 7 assists for the winners and guard Courtney Pigram (185-85, college: ETSU) chipped in 27 points and 8 rebounds. The best for the losing side was power forward Eden Ewing (204-97, college: TSU) with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds and guard Chris McNeal (185-97, college: Cincinnati) scored 16 points and 5 assists.
