Regular Season Round 24: Lokomotiv-2 - Parma-2 84-73

VTB-Youth League top team - Lokomotiv-2 (20-7) managed to deliver another win on Sunday. This time they beat fifth ranked Parma-2 (14-11) in Krasnodar 84-73. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Parma-2. The best player for the winners was guard Daniil Sereda (196-1) who scored 19 points and 8 assists. Center Kirill Elatontsev (207-2) chipped in 16 points and 8 rebounds. Four Lokomotiv-2 players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was forward Aleksandr Kurov (204-0) who recorded 18 points and 7 rebounds and forward Arseniy Semenov (199-0, college: W.Texas CC) added 15 points respectively. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Lokomotiv-2 maintains first position with 20-7 record. Loser Parma-2 keeps the fifth place with 11 games lost. They share the position with MBA-2. Lokomotiv-2 will again meet at home Parma-2 (#6) in the next round where they are favorite. Parma-2 will have a break next round.
