No shocking result in a game when MBA crushed Spartak Vidnoye in Moscow 81-56. MBA forced 19 Spartak Vidnoye turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 24 assists comparing to just 11 passes made by Spartak Vidnoye's players. International center Gosselina Maiga (192-96) scored 18 points and 6 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) to lead the charge for the winners and the former international point guard Karina Nizamova (170-92) chipped in 11 points and 7 assists during the contest. Four MBA players scored in double figures. American forward Unique Thompson (190-99, college: Auburn, agency: Shark Sports Management) responded with 13 points and 7 rebounds and international Daria Repnikova (180-0) scored 14 points and 4 assists. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. MBA will play against Dynamo NR in Novosibirsk in the next round where they are favorite. Spartak Vidnoye will play at home against Samara and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
