The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of Dynamo Kursk (11-1) at the home court on Saturday night. Hosts were rolled over by UMMC (11-0) 88-53. International point guard Anna Burovaya (172-97) answered with 11 points and 5 assists and Yuliya Kozik (176-97) added 11 points in the effort for Dynamo Kursk. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. UMMC have an impressive series of eleven victories in a row. Defending champion keeps a position of league leader. Dynamo Kursk at the other side dropped to the second place with one game lost. UMMC are looking forward to face Samara (#10) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Dynamo Kursk will have a break next round.
