Regular Season Round 15: BKG Prima - Uni Gyor 64-90

No shocking result in a game in Szigetszentmiklos where fourth ranked Uni Gyor (9-4) smashed 11th ranked BKG Prima (2-12) 90-64 on Sunday. Uni Gyor looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by BKG Prima's players. It was a great evening for international Reka Dombai (179-2) who led her team to a victory scoring 18 points and 7 assists. International Debora Dubei (183-97) helped adding 15 points and 8 rebounds. Five Uni Gyor players scored in double figures. Uni Gyor's coach Dalma Ivanyi felt very confident using 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was guard Barbara Angyal (173-1) with 24 points and Cuban point guard Laura Aldazabal (192-95) produced a double-double by scoring 11 points and 11 rebounds. The victory was the fifth consecutive win for Uni Gyor. They moved-up to third place. BKG Prima lost their third game in a row. Newly promoted team keeps the eleventh position with 12 games lost. Uni Gyor will meet Vasas Akademia (#9) in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. BKG Prima will play against Csata and hope to secure a win.
