Rather expected game in Strovolos where 6th ranked Anorthosis (7-7) was defeated by third ranked Keravnos (10-3) 90-74 on Saturday. The hosts trailed by 9 points after first quarter, but they stormed back and won the game by 16 points. Keravnos outrebounded Anorthosis 39-19 including a 28-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. American forward Collin Malcolm (200-97, college: WPU) scored 22 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the charge for the winners and the former international point guard Christopher Razis (194-89) chipped in 16 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest.
