An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Strovolos. Third ranked Keravnos faced one of their biggest challengers E.N. Paralimni. Host Keravnos (12-3) defeated guests from Paralimni (9-7) 74-60. The game without a history. Keravnos led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Guard Deondre Burns (190-97, college: ORU, agency: Haylett Sports) fired 29 points and 5 assists (made all of his nine free throws !!!) for the winners. American forward Collin Malcolm (200-97, college: WPU) chipped in a double-double by scoring 11 points and 10 rebounds. Malcolm is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. American power forward DeAndre Dickson (206-92, college: WWU) produced a double-double by scoring 20 points and 12 rebounds and his fellow American import guard Eric McClellan (193-93, college: Gonzaga) added 15 points and 4 assists respectively for lost side. E.N. Paralimni's coach Iezekel Papadopoulos rotated twelve players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Keravnos have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 12-3 record having just three points less than leader AEK Larnaca. E.N. Paralimni at the other side keeps the fourth place with seven games lost. They share the position with Omonia. Keravnos are looking forward to face Etha (#11) in Nicosia in the next round and are hoping to win another game. E.N. Paralimni will play at home against the league's leader AEK Larnaca (#1) and is hoping to prove to their fans that the loss was just an accident.
