An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Vevey. First ranked Vevey Riviera faced 3rd ranked GC Zurich. Host Vevey Riviera (16-2) smashed guests from Zurich (14-4) 99-44. Vevey Riviera dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to GC Zurich's 24. Vevey Riviera forced 20 GC Zurich turnovers and outrebounded them 52-20 including a 37-13 advantage in defensive rebounds. Newly promoted Vevey Riviera maintains first position with 16-2 record. GC Zurich at the other side keeps the third place with four games lost. Vevey Riviera will play against bottom-ranked Baeren (#11) in Basel in the next round and are hoping to win another game.
