Everything could happen in Paphou at the game between two tied teams. Both tenth ranked Etha and 11th ranked APOP had identical 6-15 record. But APOP was not able to use a home court advantage and was smashed by the opponent from Nicosia 97-65 on Friday night. The game without a history. Etha led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to APOP's 36. American guard Wesley Harris (203-1997, college: Tennessee St.) had a double-double by scoring 27 points and 18 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and the other American import point guard Johnathan Hudson (180-1987, college: Texas A&M) chipped in 33 points (!!!), 7 rebounds and 6 assists during the contest. At the losing side Bosnian-Serbian Nikola Dakovic (203, college: Snow CC) responded with 20 points and 8 rebounds and American point guard Dee Davis (178-1993, college: Xavier, agency: Inception Sports) scored 16 points and 4 assists. Four APOP players scored in double figures. Etha maintains tenth position with 7-15 record. APOP lost eighth consecutive game. They keep the eleventh place with 16 games lost.
