Superleague 2 top team - Tambov (32-7) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed eleventh ranked Mitsu B. (3-36) 153-65. Tambov dominated down low during the game scoring 84 of its points in the paint compared to Mitsu B.'s 44. Tambov forced 30 Mitsu B. turnovers and outrebounded them 49-19 including a 19-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 48 assists comparing to just 18 passes made by Mitsu B.'s players. It was a quality performance for forward Roman Balandin (205-1997) who led the winners with a triple-double by scoring 26 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists (on 11-of-14 shooting from the field).
