No shocking result in a game in Pecs where ZTE KK (2-0) smashed PVSK-Veolia (0-2) 79-60 on Wednesday. It was a great evening for American guard Quenton DeCosey (195-1993, college: Temple) who led his team to a victory scoring 21 points and 4 assists. His fellow American import point guard Derrick Wilson (185-1992, college: Marquette, agency: Network Sports International) helped adding 12 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists. Four ZTE KK players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was Serbian center Veljko Brkic (206-1995) with 13 points and 8 rebounds and American point guard Samajae Haynes-Jones (183-1996, college: Wichita St.) scored 11 points and 4 assists. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. ZTE KK will meet at home Hubner NBS (#13) in the next round which should be an easy win for them. PVSK-Veolia will play against Atomeromu in Paks and hopes to get finally their first victory.
