Sixth-ranked Nyon (12-15) gave a tough game to third ranked Neuchatel (17-10) on Sunday. Neuchatel managed to secure only one-point victory 73-72. However their fans expected easier game. Neuchatel looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of naturalized Dominican point guard Bryan Colon (181-1992) who helped to win the game recording 26 points and 7 rebounds and American forward Dominic Morris (202-1990, college: Boston U.) who added 14 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists during the contest. Four Neuchatel players scored in double figures. At the losing side American point guard Isiah Umipig (183-1992, college: Seattle) responded with 21 points (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) and Senegalese forward Maleye NDoye (204-1980, college: Furman) scored 15 points and 5 rebounds. Nyon's coach Stefan Ivanovic rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Neuchatel maintains third position with 17-10 record having nine points less than leader Fribourg. Nyon at the other side keeps the sixth place with 15 games lost.
