Atomeromu defeated Alba in Paks 93-84. They outrebounded Alba 49-33 including 34 on the defensive glass. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Atomeromu made 7 blocks. American forward Paul Atkinson (206-1999, college: Notre Dame) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 21 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field) for the winners and the former international power forward Janos Eilingsfeld (198-1991) chipped in 19 points and 13 rebounds. Atomeromu's coach Ferenc Csirke used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
