Another exciting game was played in Luzern between Vevey Riviera and Swiss Central where Vevey Riviera crushed Swiss Central on the road with 45-point difference 102-57. Vevey Riviera forced 23 Swiss Central turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Mike Williams (188-1996, college: Rutgers) who helped to win the game recording 20 points and 5 assists. The former international forward Eliott Kubler (203-1998) contributed with 16 points and 8 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) for the winners. Williams is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Five Vevey Riviera players scored in double figures. Rwandan power forward Dylan Schommer (204-1997) answered with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 10 rebounds and American swingman Trevion Lamar (196-1999, college: Catawba) added 21 points in the effort for Swiss Central. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Vevey Riviera will play against Geneve at home in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Swiss Central will have a break next round.
