Very expected game in Szeged where Szedeak was defeated by Duna Aszfalt 77-69 on Sunday. Slovenian Jaka Klobucar (198-1987) scored 17 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the charge for the winners and American-Dominican center Marques Townes (193-1995, college: Loyola, IL) chipped in 21 points and 5 steals during the contest. American guard Desi Washington (188-1992, college: St.Peter's) responded with a double-double by scoring 19 points, 6 rebounds and 10 assists and the former international power forward Kristof Bognar (205-1994) produced a double-double by scoring 16 points and 12 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Duna Aszfalt will meet at home DEAC in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Szedeak will play against Kormend and hope to win that game.
