The game in supposed to be also quite interesting. Pully (3-0) played at the court of CNBS (1-2). Pully smashed CNBS 90-48 on Friday. Pully dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to CNBS's 30. Pully forced 29 CNBS turnovers and outrebounded them 40-27 including a 17-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists comparing to just 15 passes made by CNBS's players. The best player for the winners was Portuguese forward Joao Grosso (196-1994) who scored 19 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. American forward Zeke Crawford (201-1999, college: Lewis & Clark) chipped in 21 points, 5 assists and 4 steals. Crawford is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. At the other side the best for losing team was French forward Enzo Boudouma (196-2005) who recorded 16 points and 9 rebounds and North Macedonian guard Florian Zili (180-2004) added 3 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists respectively. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Pully will meet at home Baeren (#11) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. CNBS will play against GC Zurich (#9) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
