No shocking result in a game when third ranked Dynamo K. (14-2) crushed 9th ranked Dynamo NR (5-11) in Kursk 91-65 on Wednesday. Dynamo K. looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of Slovenian center Eva Lisec (193-1995, agency: LBM Management) who helped to win the game recording 13 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. The former international point guard Anna Burovaya (172-1997) contributed with 15 points and 6 assists for the winners. Five Dynamo K. players scored in double figures. American guard Ashley Beverly-Kelley (168-1993, college: Troy) replied with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 11 rebounds and Puerto Rican forward Mya Hollingshed (190-1999, college: Colorado) added 14 points in the effort for Dynamo NR. Dynamo NR's coach gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Dynamo K. have an impressive five-game winning streak. Defending champion moved-up to second place, which they share with MBA. Dynamo NR at the other side keeps the ninth position with 11 games lost. Dynamo K. is looking forward to face Enisey (#8) in Krasnoyarsk in the next round where they are favorite. Dynamo NR will play on the road against Sparta&K MR in Vidnoye and is hoping to prove to their fans that the loss was just an accident.
