Regular Season Round 17: Dynamo K. - Enisey 79-59

Very expected game in Kursk where 8th ranked Enisey (7-10) was crushed by third ranked Dynamo K. (15-2) 79-59 on Saturday. Dynamo K. forced 28 Enisey turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. The best player for the winners was Slovenian center Eva Lisec (193-1995, agency: LBM Management) who scored 14 points and 6 rebounds. The former international point guard Anna Burovaya (172-1997) chipped in 14 points. Forward Yana Pashkovskaya (178-2003, agency: LBM Management) produced 15 points (was perfect 10-for-10 from the free throw line !!!) and center Inna Fastova (186-1999) added 12 points respectively for the guests. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The victory was the sixth consecutive win for Dynamo K.. Defending champion moved-up to second place, which they share with MBA. Loser Enisey keeps the eighth position with ten games lost. Dynamo K. will meet at home Sparta&K MR (#5) in the next round. Enisey will play against Nadezhda and hope to secure a win.
