We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams in Kazan where 7th ranked N.Novgorod-2 (16-15) was defeated by eighth ranked UNICS-2 (15-16) 84-79 on Tuesday. UNICS-2 dominated down low during the game scoring 46 of its points in the paint compared to N.Novgorod-2's 24. Guard Sergey Polstyanov (194-2002) scored 15 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists to lead the charge for the winners and guard Vladimir Naumov (195-2004) chipped in 10 points and 15 rebounds during the contest.
