The most exciting game of round 1 in the Superleague 1 took place in Vidnoye. This derby game ended with only two-point defeat on the road of Chevakata to Sparta&K-2 V 60-58 on Sunday evening. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Polina Selezeneva (178-2004, agency: LBM Management) who helped to win the game recording 15 points and 4 assists. Forward Karina Komarova (186-2004) contributed with 13 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Sparta&K-2 V's coach Evgeniya Nikonova used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. Swingman Maria Kanischeva (177-2000, agency: LBM Management) answered with 17 points and 5 rebounds and center Ekaterina Terekhova (188-1990) added 10 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Chevakata. Sparta&K-2 V is looking forward to face Kazanochka on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
