Very expected game when 7th rankedVasas Akademia (3-7) was crushed on the road by second ranked UNI Gyor (8-2) 90-65 on Saturday. UNI Gyor made 20-of-24 free shots (83.3 percent) during the game. Canadian forward Bridget Carleton (185-1997, college: Iowa St.) chipped in 15 points, 5 assists and 6 steals. Four UNI Gyor players scored in double figures. Jacaira Allen produced 4 points and 10 rebounds and American guard Myah Taylor (170-1999, college: Ole Miss) added 11 points respectively for lost side. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. UNI Gyor have a solid three-game winning streak.
