Everything could happen in Paks at the game between two tied teams. Both tenth rankedAtomeromu and 11th ranked NKA Pecs had identical 6-9 record. This time Atomeromu used a home court advantage and edged the opponent from Pecs 81-79 on Saturday night. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Atomeromu made 9 blocks. The winners were led by American guard Maliek White (190-1998, college: Providence, agency: Mansfield and Associates) who scored that evening 27 points and 5 rebounds and the other American import forward Kassim Nicholson (200-1999, college: Tennessee St.) supported him with 13 points and 9 rebounds. Even a double-double of 23 points and 20 rebounds by Bosnian power forward Ibrahim Durmo (202-1997) did not help to save the game for NKA Pecs . Bosnian Fahrudin Manjgafic (206-1997) added 23 points and 8 rebounds for lost side. Four NKA Pecs players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Atomeromu have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Kormend. NKA Pecs lost fourth consecutive game. Newly promoted team dropped to the tenth position with ten games lost. They share it with Kaposvari and Duna Aszfalt.
