Not a big story in a game when 12th rankedSalgotarjani (5-14) was defeated at home by second ranked PVSK-Veolia (17-2) 94-87 on Saturday. PVSK-Veolia shot the lights out from three sinking 15 long-distance shots on high 51.7 percentage. Oliver Biro (198-1993) fired a double-double by scoring 27 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Point guard Akos Halasz (183-1991) chipped in 10 points and 6 assists. American swingman William Douglas (196-1998, college: PVAMU, agency: BIG) produced a double-double by scoring 38 points (!!!) and 12 rebounds and power forward Krisztian Hargitai (193-1999) added 21 points and 7 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. PVSK-Veolia keeps a position of league leader, which they share with Ujbuda MAFC. Loser Salgotarjani keeps the twelfth place with 14 games lost. They share the position with Kaszasok.
