Very predictable result when third rankedSzolnok (14-11) won against at home 8th ranked NKA Pecs (11-14) 68-64 on Saturday. However just four-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. American power forward Demajeo Wiggins (208-1997, college: BGSU) nailed a double-double by scoring 14 points and 11 rebounds for the winning side and his fellow American import guard James Eads III (193-1997, college: Tuskegee, agency: 011 Sports) accounted for 17 points and 8 rebounds. Bosnian guard Nemanja Nikolic (197-1998) came up with 14 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists (made all of his seven free throws) and Bosnian Fahrudin Manjgafic (206-1997) added 14 points and 7 rebounds (made all of his eight free throws) respectively for NKA Pecs in the defeat. NKA Pecs' coach Goran Tadic tested ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Szolnok maintains third place with 14-11 record having eight points less than leader Szombathely. Newly promoted NKA Pecs dropped to the seventh position with 14 games lost. They share it with 4 other teams.
