London L. - Besiktas 81-70

London Lions clinched 2024 EuroCup title. They overcame Besiktas in the return leg of the Finals to claim 149-145 win on aggregate. The game was mostly controlled by Lions. Besiktas managed to win third quarter 20-15. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. 24 personal fouls committed by Besiktas helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was Nigerian-British forward Temi Fagbenle (193-1992, college: USC) who scored 17 points and 8 rebounds. American-Spanish forward Megan Gustafson (190-1996, college: Iowa) chipped in 18 points and 7 rebounds. Four Lions players scored in double figures. Lions' coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American point guard Dana Evans (168-1998, college: Louisville) produced 17 points, 8 assists and 4 steals and Chinese center Li Yueru (201-1999) added 13 points and 5 rebounds respectively for the guests.
