Bellona Kayseri Basketbol (KBSL) signed 31-year old American point guard Aaryn Ellenberg-Wiley (168cm-54kg-1992, college: Oklahoma) for upcoming 2023-24 season. Ellenberg-Wiley played last season at UNI Gyor in Hungarian A Division. In 27 games she was the best scorer with impressive 19.6ppg and averaged 4.3rpg, 4.2apg and 1.5spg. She helped them to make it to the Hungarian League final after they ended regular season as second best team. 2022-23 was a great season as she was voted Eurobasket.com All-Hungarian League Guard of the Year. Ellenberg-Wiley also played 7 games in Eurocup where she had very remarkable stats: 19.0ppg, 4.6rpg, 5.1apg and 1.4spg.
She was WBCA All-NCAA D1 Honorable Mention back in 2013 and 2014.
The previous (2021-22) season she played at Hatay Bsb in Turkish KBSL. In 25 games she was the best scorer with high stats: 23.4ppg and recorded 5.3rpg, 4.4apg and 1.6spg in that year. 2021-22 was a great season as she was named to Eurobasket.com All-Turkish KBSL Honorable Mention and League Player of the Week. She also played 9 games in Eurocup where she got high stats: 20.8ppg, 4.3rpg, 4.3apg and 2.1spg in that year. She also spent pre-season at Atomeromu in Hungary.
Ellenberg-Wiley is quite experienced player. She has played in six different countries on three different continents (Europe, Australia and of course North America). Ellenberg-Wiley has played previously professionally in Australia (Cyclones), Austria (Vienna United), France (Hainaut), Iceland (Snaefell), Poland (Polkowice and Konin) and Slovakia (MBK).
She graduated from University of Oklahoma in 2014 and it will be her tenth season as a professional player. Ellenberg-Wiley was WBCA All-NCAA D1 Honorable Mention back in 2013 and 2014.
