Fribourg keeps Fogg for another season

Abigail Fogg

BCF Elfic Fribourg Basket (SBL) re-signed Abigail Fogg for the upcoming season. The 30-year old Canadian center was a team leader there last season. In 25 SBL games, she recorded impressive stats: 17.7ppg, 10.0rpg, 1.6apg, 1.2spg, and 1.2bpg. Fogg helped them win the SBL title twice and the Supercup. She was awarded Eurobasket.com All-Swiss SBL Player of the Year, Import Player of the Year, and Finals MVP. Fogg also played 8 games in Eurocup, averaging 9.3ppg, 7.9rpg, and 2.0apg. In the previous season, she played at Mithra Castors Braine in the Belgian league.
She represented Canada at the World University Games in Taipei (Taiwan) seven years ago. During this event, she scored an average of 7.5 ppg and had 7.2 rpg.
Fogg is a very experienced player. She has played professionally in Belgium, Hungary (E.ON ELTE BEAC Budapest), Italy (San Martino), and Turkey (Mersin Universitesi, Elazig Il, and Mersin Bsb Gelisim).
Fogg graduated from the University of South Dakota in 2017 and it'll be her eighth season in pro basketball. She also played for The American University for 2 years.
