Szombathely clinched A Division title. They rallied past Szolnok in Game 4 of the Finals to conquer the trophy. Zoltan Perl (195-SF-1995) came up with 30 points to pace the champions.
Szombathely used a 25-16 run in the second period to gain a 9-point halftime lead. The visitors followed with a strong 21-12 rally in the third term to boost the gap to double digits. Szolnok unloaded 31 points in the fourth period but came up short of win at the end. Stefan Pot (195-G-1994) produced 13 points for the winning side. Strahinja Jovanovic (185-PG-1996) and Demajeo Wiggins (208-C/F-1997, college: BGSU) responded with 15 points each for Szolnok.

Szolnoki Olaj earned the Hungarian Cup title. They defeated Szedeak for the trophy tonight. Demajeo Wiggins (208-C/F-1997, college: BGSU) stepped up with 18 points to lead the charge.
Szedeak poured in 27 points in the first period to open a 4-point lead. The teams traded baskets throughout the second quarter. Szedeak arrived at halftime up by four points 47-43. But Szolnoki turned the tables after the big break. They unleashed 33 points in the third period to surge ahead. Szolnoki entered the final stanza up by 14 points and never looked back en route to the win. Strahinja Jovanovic (185-PG-1996) finished with 17 points in the victory. Ryan Woolridge (190-G-1996, college: Gonzaga) responded with 18 points for Szedeak. Brendan Bailey (203-F-1997, college: Marquette) had 17 points in the losing case.
