DEAC Kamilla Gyogyfurdo wins Division B title - Jun 5, 2017


DEAC Kamilla Gyogyfurdo won Division B title in Hungary. They won the Final series against HOYA Pannon Egyetem Veszprem 2-0 after an 89-79 victory last night. DEAC Kamilla Gyogyfurdo posted a 24-16 lead in the first period, but the opponents erupted with a 28-13 surge in the second. Only due to 22-15 rally in the third and then 30-20 run in the last stanzas, DEAC sealed the trophy.
Janos Velkey (192-G-95) top-scored for the winners with 24 points and Farkas netted 22. Jones delivered 16, while Szabo nailed 14. Tamas Kaman (201-G/F-79) replied with 23 points in a loss, whilst Gergely Koertelyesi poured in 14.
