League status

The Nemzeti Bajnoksag I/B Piros is the second-tier professional basketball league in Hungary. B Red was established in 1973.
The B Red sits above the Nemzeti Bajnoksag I/B Zold which effectively forms the third-tier of Hungarian basketball.
At the end of regular season, top 4 teams qualify to the play-offs.
