After winning the Game 1 in Veszprem the team of Sebastjan Krasovec needed only one more win in the best of 3 series for winning the League and moving up to the Top Division for the next season. His players did an excellent team work wednesday night and were able to beat the guests 103:74.

The winners were lead by american guard Remy Abell (195-G-92, college: Xavier, agency: Inception Sports), who scored 21 points (4/5 2pt's, 3/7 3pt's, 4/5 FT's), dished 6 assists and had 1 steal in only 18 minutes on the court. Domestic guard Tibor Ban (185-G-95, agency: Octagon Europe) came from the bench and helped the winners with 13 points including 4 three pointers, but many other players helped the team with a great job to the title and were close to score in double figures. Mate Illes (187-PG-95, agency: Octagon Europe) scored 9 points, grabbed 5 assists and had 3 reobunds, Mate Mohacsi (192-F-90) put up 9 points, 4 rebounds and 2 assists. David Anda (210-C-98) added 9 points and grabbed 6 rebounds, Kornel Kiss (185-G-87) finished the game with 9 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists. Also Robert Burai (186-G-95) helped the winners with 9 points.

The best player of the guests was Andras Madar (191-G-91) with 24 points (including 6 threes), 6 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 steals. Nebojsa Pavlovic (200-PF-87) put up 15 points and 3 rebounds. Domestic playmaker Peter Szabo (183-G-89) scored 11 points, grabbed 7 reobunds and dished 6 assists, while Marcell Volgyi (198-SF-98) finished the game with 10 points and 2 rebounds.

Veszprem earned the Hepp Memorial Cup title. They edged Nyiregyhaza in the Final. Marcell Volgyi (198-SF-98) stepped up with 21 points for the winners. Veszprem trailed by four points ten minutes into the game. But they went on a 53:30 run in the next two quarters to surge ahead. Veszprem held Nyiregyhaza to just 15 points in the fourth term and raced to the victory. Nebojsa Pavlovic (200-PF-87) and Peter Szabo (183-G-89) delivered 14 points each for the winning side. Michael Harmon (181-PG-94, college: Northeastern St.) replied with 20 points for the Blue Sharks.
